Is there an age limit?

While we suggest that our games are best suited for ages 13 and above, we do welcome younger players. However, please be aware that certain aspects of the game content might pose a challenge for them. If you have participants who are 14 and under, a paying adult aged 18 or older should be part of their team. Additionally, participants under the age of 18 will require an adult to sign their waiver. This ensures everyone’s safety and enjoyment throughout the experience.

What if I need to cancel?

Refund Policy:

Please note that due to the nature of our business and the reservation of available experiences, we regret to inform you that we do not offer any refunds for ticket sales. 🚫💸

Rescheduling Options:

However, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule your experience, you may do so with a 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to the sole discretion of the company, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 🗓️🔄

Is it scary?

Our Room Themes:

Most of our escape rooms are designed to be family-friendly and not scare-based, ensuring everyone has a fantastic time. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Intense Themes Noted:

Please be assured that while most rooms are suitable for all ages, we do have one specially themed room, Mystery of the Black Dahlia that offers a more intense challenge.

How early should we arrive?

To ensure you have the best adventure possible, we kindly request that you arrive on site at least 15 minutes before your scheduled experience. This will give you ample time to check-in, get acquainted with the surroundings, use the restroom, fill out waivers, complete any payment transactions, as well as getting briefed for your experience.

Will we really be locked in the room?

Your Safety is Paramount:

You will find yourself in a room with a locked door. It’s worth noting that three out of our four rooms have dual doors – an entry door and an exit door. If at any point during the game you wish to leave the room, you’re welcome to do so. You can either use our cluing system to call for assistance from the front desk or simply exit through the same door you entered. We prioritize your comfort and safety, and you’re free to leave if you feel the need to do so.

Will we be with other players?

What if we arrive late?

Late Arrival Policy: The Show Must Go On!

At Escape Cocoa Beach, our games are scheduled with precision, just like a thrilling movie! 🍿🎬 We understand that unexpected traffic can be a challenge, so we strongly advise planning to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to avoid any rush. Your punctuality ensures a seamless and uninterrupted experience for you and your team. ⏰🚗

Running Late? Give Us a Call:

If you anticipate being late to your showing, don’t worry! Give us a call at 321-373-2627 as soon as possible to let us know your situation. Depending on the circumstances, we’ll do our best to accommodate and arrange a later start time for you. We’re here to make your adventure as enjoyable as possible! 📞🤝

Game Time Starts Promptly:

However, please note that once your scheduled start time arrives, the game begins, and the door closes. Late arrivals may lose some of their game time, as we aim to keep the experience fair and enjoyable for all participants. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the full 60 minutes of game time for latecomers. ⏳⏱️ So, mark your calendars, set your alarms, and get ready for an extraordinary escape room experience that starts right on time! How can I book a Private Experience?

During checkout, you can opt for a Private experience. If you decide later that you’d prefer a Private Experience, and didn’t specify during checkout do not worry! Give us a call. We’ll be happy to try and accommodate your request, so don’t hesitate to reach out sooner rather than later.

If you don’t specify your preference, there’s a chance you might have some unexpected company – your new adventure buddy! Remember, teamwork is key to success!
